Our family participated in the 23rd Annual HMRRC Delmar Dash on Sunday, April 10, 2011. What a great event for the town of Bethlehem! I’m an avid runner, and Michelle, a triathlon competitor, enjoyed the 5 mile race.  Our older children also enjoyed competing in the kids races.
